Artist Statement

The expression of being! The amplification of feeling! The absurdity of it all! 

Within the confines of existence and the structure of physicality, how can I capture the fear, the anger, the excitement and the passion behind it all? How can I make the fleeting, tangible? As a person, I tend to gravitate towards the dramatic so, it follows that my art explores the cavernous depths of feeling—in a goofy, cartoony sort of way. So, here is my self-expression, crafted with care, for the art of adornment and ash.
